Irza Textile 7-Day Returns & Exchange Policy
At Irza Textile, we take pride in delivering products in excellent condition. If there is an issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange/Replace Defective Products:
If you receive a faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will provide an exchange or replacement at no additional product cost.
Refund Policy:
You may be eligible for a refund if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered. The issue will be reviewed and verified by our team before the refund is processed.
Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from the images due to lighting, photography, and differences in screen or display settings. Minor color variations are not considered a product defect.
Exchange for Change of Preference:
If you receive the correct product but would like to exchange it for another available product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned to our official return address. Once the product is received and inspected, our team will assist you in selecting a replacement product. Any applicable return and replacement courier charges will be communicated to you before the exchange is processed.
Conditions for Return, Exchange & Refund:
Products must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase or order information may be required. Sale or clearance products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping:
Please securely pack the product and use a reliable courier service when returning an item. Irza Textile cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged before they are received by us.
